The working principle of air springs!

Utilizing the compressibility of air in a sealed container to achieve elastic effects. Usually composed of rubber airbags, upper and lower cover plates, and additional chambers.

When subjected to a load, the air inside the airbag is compressed, generating elastic force that acts as a buffer and support. By adjusting the air pressure inside the airbag, the stiffness and load-bearing capacity of the air spring can be changed.

Air springs can automatically adjust their height and hardness according to different load conditions, providing more comfortable and stable support.
